Be an essential part of our customer success team
Handle the full customer experience – brief meetings, sensory test panels, workshops R&D department, etc. – and coordinate customer projects to ensure maximal satisfaction.
Provide technical support to our customers in cooperation with the internal specialist departments.
Participate in internal and external sensory test panels to assess in-house developments and market products.
Continuously monitor market trends to keep, in partnership with R&D, the portfolio up to date.
Over 8 years of professional experience in B2B sales for the food & beverage industry with focus on sweet&dairy/beverages/savory.
Knowledge about industry of the regional market, ability to act as an internal consultant.
Ability to travel.
Fluency in English is necessary, knowledge of any other languages an asset.
Strong communications and capacity to effectively transmit the value and differentiation of our products and services to potential customers.
Capable to manage multiple dossiers simultaneously.
