R&D Assistant (m/f/d)

At our R&D headquarters in Horgen, we are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative R&D Assistant to support the Head of R&D and the wider research team.This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the R&D department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating internal communications, and supporting project documentation and the KPI process.

Your Mission
  • Project coordination and administration: Assist and support Head of R&D.
  • Workplace safety: Assist in documenting, implementing and monitoring procedures and policies.
  • Global R&D SOP and WOW: Translate, verify, or elaborate and implement process documents.
  • Portfolio and knowledge management: Support R&D IT Projects.
  • Flavour catalogues: Support Application Manager and Product and Portfolio Manager with the compilation of technical information. 
  • Collaboration: Productive collaboration with Procurement, Quality Assurance and other internal departments.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a scientific or technical environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a scientific or technical environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
